To support a culture of achievement we believe in a 'bottom-up' organization structure with our practice leaders and project managers who deal with clients at the top and supported from the bottom up by senior officers and admin staff with the tools and resources needed to build and manage profitable practices.
Our offices are located in walkable, small downtowns. We prefer the relaxed community feel of these locations to sterile business parks. We support flexible working conditions based on mutual trust. It has worked well for us for 35 years.
