We have one of California's largest private environmental staffs of biologists, native habitat experts, landscape architects, environmental planners, cultural resource analysts, urban foresters and arborists. The world-class Swami’s surf break is just down the street from our Encinitas office. A surfboard storage facility makes it easy for office surfers to take advantage of our location. When we opened our new Orange County office in August 2011 in coastal San Juan Capistrano, Engineering VP Bob Ohlund and CFO Dave Carter experimented with re-naming the company. Our hazardous waste experts go through regular OSHA training. And, yes, it is fun putting the suits on and standing in front of our building for pictures.
