Dudek provides a range of grant writing and funding assistance services primarily in the areas of water, wastewater, water conservation, open space and parks, fire management and habitat conservation planning.

Dudek provides direction, guidance and writing assistance on the detailed process of preparing grant applications, matching specific projects to appropriate grants while considering key elements resulting in a compelling grant application. From preparing an entire grant application to reviewing or commenting on a draft application, our experts tailor specific projects to fit appropriate grants and their stringent criteria.

Specialized Grant Workshops
Dudek also provides tailored grant workshops to facilitate excellence in grant writing. Our customized workshops include how to track funding opportunities; implementing “writing to win” skills; assurance of eligibility before writing; assurance of required documentation; importance of, and how to build relationships with funding agencies; lessons learned from winning and unsuccessful proposals; and announcing/rewarding grant funding success.

Funding Support
The major obstacles clients face are being unaware of the opportunities and how to access them. Dudek overcomes this challenge by researching, identifying and reporting on existing and potential funding opportunities that best match the client’s specific project and funding needs such as grants and low-interest loans.
