Lee Lake Water District

• Comprehensive plant operations, engineering and plan-checking services for more than 15 years for a tertiary treatment to live stream discharge plant.
• Manages operations with 2 full-time certified operators
• Managed a cost effective expansion that doubled the capacity of the District’s fully SCADA controlled Sequencing Batch Reactor wastewater treatment plant and added recycled water facilities.

Santa Fe Valley Water Reclamation Facility

• Managed siting, design review, plan checking, and construction supervision of a new 485,000 gpd, fully SCADA-controlled tertiary facility. 
• Provided operational startup for full compliance with the Waste Discharge Permit.
• Facility includes primary headworks, twin underground influent equalization tanks, modular AeroMod packaged extended aeration treatment tanks, extended on-site sludge processing, and a tertiary system that includes flocculation and chlorination.

Whispering Palms Community Service District

• Provides administrative and operations staff and certified operators for 450,000 gpd treatment facility and 26 miles of sewer main and two pump stations
• Construction management for a 170,000 gpd treatment plant expansion that included two new 35-foot-diameter clarifiers, modifying existing aeration tanks, a new sludge digester, and new headworks.
• Construction management of an automatic screening system, new emergency generator, and motor control center at the headworks for improved operations and maintenance, with a total project cost of $2.4 million.

Fairbanks Ranch Community Service District

• Provides administrative and operations staffing for a 280,000 gpd wastewater treatment facility as well as system operations for 16 miles of sewer main and two pump stations.
• Provided construction management for an 80,000 gpd treatment plant expansion that included modifying the existing headworks, a new sludge digester, a new centrifuge, and an odor control system.
