It's hard to imagine how a new project may alter an existing view when it is in the proposal stage.

Dudek designers help project managers win proposed project approval by painting a virtual picture -- developing photo-realistic 3D simulations that help city council members, planning commissioners and neighbors understand exactly what the project will look like.

Our designers can depict virtually any situation -- from turning acres of brown fields into a golf course fairway with a clubhouse to showing new parts of a college campus.

The process begins with turning two-dimensional architectural drawings and landscape designs into 3D renderings. Using sophisticated simulation software, the visual designers model buildings and create terrains and superimpose the resulting three-dimensional simulation onto a digital photo of the site. With digital topographic maps and GPS, the designers camera-match the simulation to the real world, and then add textures, lighting, landscape and people.
