Projects include:
Mid-County Parkway – County of Riverside, CA Dudek addressed significant issues and prepared the MSHCP, developed and evaluated alternatives to avoid/minimize MSHCP conflicts, and successfully worked with resource agencies to complete the NEPA/404 process.
Rancho Santa Fe Road – Carlsbad, CA Dudek while providing Construction Management for a major road widening project from two to six lanes, realigning a two-mile section, relocating a major intersection, and constructing two new bridges, provided as-needed environmental support services, while minimizing traffic and general community disruptions.
Regional Airport Authority – County of San Diego, CA Dudek preparing the CEQA Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) documentation for 16 public airports and four military airports and assessed land use compatibility between ALUCP and San Diego County’s local jurisdictions; while employing extensive GIS services to develop a state-of-the-art interactive program for 16 base maps, and land use and airspace maps.
North County Transit District – San Diego County, CA Dudek provided extension of staff environmental services, including guidance on environmental and permit compliance for the 22-mile Sprinter Rail, and assisted to transform an abandoned trailer park near Escondido Creek into thriving wetlands as part of the project’s off-site mitigation.
