Education

Dudek environmental and hydrogeologists work with K-12 school districts to achieve environmental compliance on new construction and renovation projects and with colleges to develop master plans. Additionally, our construction managers and inspectors have extensive experience with educational institutions.

Building and modernizing educational institutions requires thorough understanding of the environmental review process. California public school districts and colleges are required to comply with CEQA provisions, and one misstep could lead to project delays. Dudek is intimately familiar with the regulatory process and has a proven record of completing projects on time and on budget. For K-12 districts, Dudek developed a value-driven approach that integrates the CDE and DTSC requirements with CEQA, efficiently gaining a comprehensive understanding of all environmental issues, which translates into time and money savings.
