• Stonegate Development Group
  Researched and wrote the EIR for a proposed 2,300-acre planned community in the Merriam Mountains region of San Diego County. This is the first San Diego County EIR to address AB 32 CEQA impacts.
• Newhall Land
  Implementing a conservation program on its 12,000 acre north Los Angeles County property that protects over 90 special status plant and wildlife species as well as restores and enhances native wildlife habitats.
• Brookfield Homes
  Conducted biological surveys and prepared a technical report for a 312-acre mixed-use San Marcos development. Additionally, Dudek’s habitat restoration specialists prepared conceptual wetlands mitigation plans for a 416-acre site and monitored its installation.
• The Crossings at Carlsbad
  This 18 hole, $45 million golf course was built within the boundaries of an existing 25,000-acre habitat preserve. Dudek helped with habitat mitigation design, biological monitoring, construction management, and native habitat landscape maintenance.
