Efficiently Managing New Golf Course Construction Efforts

Challenge: The City of Carlsbad needed an experienced company with combined engineering, construction management and environmental capabilities to successfully drive construction and coordinate numerous contractors and consultants for the successful completion of a new municipal golf course.

Project Scope: Dudek was selected to be the engineer of work and to provide construction management and inspection.
