George Litzinger, P.E.
Construction Management Services Manager


George Litzinger is the construction management services manager at Dudek, a California-focused engineering and environmental consulting firm. He is responsible for Dudek’s range of construction services and projects, covering a spectrum of sizes up to $100 million.

Litzinger has more than 20 years experience in leading and supervising engineering and construction efforts. His responsibilities include contract administration, cost control, scheduling, contract bidding/award, constructability reviews, field engineering, project coordination, claims management, and estimating. He also managed a variety of projects for private and public sectors including water treatment plants, reservoirs, pipelines, golf courses, dams, subdivisions, roads, sewage treatment plants and fire stations.

Litzinger is affiliated with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Building Industry Association (BIA) and Construction Industry Federation (CIF).

Litzinger earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the United States International University in San Diego and an associate’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
