Dudek Named a Best Environmental Services Firm to Work in United States

Encinitas, Calif. – October 7, 2008 –Dudek has been named among the 2008 Best Environmental Firms To Work For in the United States as the result of an in-depth survey conducted by Environmental Business Journal and ZweigWhite, a leading industry research firm.

Nationwide, Dudek ranked as the 15th best firm overall and the fourth best mid-size environmental firm. Regionally, Dudek is the only San Diego County-based environmental consultant to make the Top 20 list.

To determine the “Best Firms,” ZweigWhite evaluated employers’ practices and policies and reviewed confidential employee satisfaction surveys covering career development, compensation, firm management, company culture and work environment.

This is the latest in a series of honors the firm received this year including:
  • Placing for the third consecutive year on Engineering News-Record’s Top 200 Environmental Firms list.
  • Earning the American Public Works Association’s 2008 Environmental Honor Award.
  • Receiving the American Society of Civil Engineers’ Award of Excellence.
  • Earning the California Water Environment Association’s Engineering Achievement Award.
  • Receiving the International Right of Way Association Chapter 11’s 2008 Employer of the Year award.
