Dudek Expands Natural Resources Management Practice

Encinitas, Calif. – August 14, 2007 – Dudek today announced Jeff Trow and Mike Howard have joined the engineering and environmental consulting firm’s natural resources management practice. Trow, an environmental analyst, brings significant experience in regulatory permitting, NEPA planning, natural resource surveys, habitat restoration and compliance monitoring. Howard, a senior biologist, will help clients with natural resource assessments, regulatory permitting and regional planning.

Trow has over 15 years experience as a biologist providing regulatory and permitting consulting, California and federal environmental assessments, the Clean Water Act, and the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. He has been involved in watershed and invasive species mapping as well as regional planning projects including conservation planning. Trow is a member of the Society for Ecological Restoration, the California Botanical Society, the California Invasive Plant Council and the Desert Tortoise Council.

Howard has over 10 years experience as a biologist conducting flora and fauna inventories, wetland delineations, regulatory compliance and permitting, habitat conservation planning, and endangered species management throughout California. He has extensive expertise in land management planning and has developed management plans, conservation easements, and property analysis records for numerous preserves and open space areas throughout California. Howard is a member of the Society for Conservation Biology, the Society of Wetland Scientists and the California Native Plant Society.
