DUDEK - John Pastore Named SCAP Executive Director

Dudek’s Senior Manager Selected for Long-Standing Involvement in Water and Wastewater Industry

Encinitas, Calif. – January 31, 2006 – Dudek, a leading Southern California engineering and environmental consulting firm, today announced its senior manager John Pastore has been appointed to the executive director post of the Southern California Alliance of Publicly Owned Treatment Works (SCAP), an alliance of 63 public wastewater agencies operating in the Southern California region. Pastore, who has more than 30 years experience in Southern California’s water and wastewater industry, succeeds Ray Miller, who is retiring from SCAP’s executive director post after 14 years of service. Pastore assumed his new position January 1 and will be involved with statewide regulatory issues affecting the wastewater industry.

Pastore, who joined Dudek in 1986, previously served as general manager for Lee Lake Water District in Riverside County and Rancho Santa Fe Community Services District in San Diego County. He maintains industry affiliations with WESTCAS, APWA, WateReuse, CSDA, CASA and AWWA.
