Dudek Sponsors Encinitas’ 2007 Environment Day
Encinitas, Calif. – May 29, 2007 –
Dudek today announced it is sponsoring the first-ever Encinitas 2007 Environment Day, a day-long event publicizing environmental issues and initiatives. The event will be held Sunday, June 3 at Cottonwood Creek Park in Encinitas.
“Locally headquartered for 26 years and San Diego County’s largest environmental and engineering firm, Dudek supports the city’s efforts in promoting public awareness of its eco-friendly initiatives,” said Karen Svet, a senior engineer with Dudek. “We are pleased to participate as a sponsor and look forward to this first-ever event.”
The event, organized by the Encinitas Parks and Recreation Commission, is intended to educate the community of ways to help the environment. It will feature information booths, environmental vendors, how-to demonstrations and entertainment.
