To determine the “Best Workplaces,” the Employers Group evaluated employer-completed 402-question surveys, which measure a broad range of company policies and practices in nine categories. The highest scoring companies participated in a confidential 12-question Employee Satisfaction Survey, where a random sampling of employees were asked for their feedback on such topics as pay, recognition, benefits, trust in management, communication and overall impression of the company. The high marks garnered by Dudek gave the firm a top ten distinction among 160 participating medium-sized companies.
