Bill Simons, a 36-year industry veteran, joins as a principal engineer.
Simons’ experience includes designing and building water, wastewater, and drainage, hydrology and flood control facilities throughout the U.S. with an emphasis in Southern California. He will provide infrastructure design, quality control, and construction consulting services for Riverside County municipal agencies including Joshua Basin Water District and Valley Sanitary District. Simons is a registered civil engineer in California, Arizona, Nevada and Washington.
Dudek’s Palm Desert office includes engineering, environmental, planning, surveying and hydrogeology services for Coachella Valley municipalities and land developers.
