Water, Wastewater Districts Select Dudek to Provide General Management
Encinitas, Calif. – January 31, 2006 –
Rancho Santa Fe Community Services District and Lee Lake Water District have appointed two senior managers from Dudek, a leading Southern California engineering and environmental consulting firm, to serve as general managers of the districts.
Chuck Duffy has been selected as the new general manager of The Rancho Santa Fe Community Services District (RSFCSD), a wastewater treatment agency serving the Rancho Santa Fe area. Duffy, who worked as the Rancho Santa Fe district’s assistant general manager for 15 years before his appointment to general manager, also serves as general manager of the Whispering Palms, Fairbanks Ranch and Granada Community Services Districts.
Jeff Pape was appointed as the new general manager of Lee Lake Water District in Riverside County, a California water district that provides water and wastewater services to the residents of Temescal Valley. Throughout his 15 year career, Pape has been involved in the management, design, construction, operation and maintenance of various treatment plants in Southern California. Pape is also the current operations manager of the Rancho Santa Fe, Whispering Palms and Fairbanks Ranch Community Services Districts.
In addition to their new general management roles, both Duffy and Pape will continue in their current positions with Dudek, a firm that provides general management, extension of staff and as-needed engineering and environmental services to Southern California water and wastewater agencies.
Duffy and Pape are succeeding Dudek executive John Pastore, who was long-time general manager of both districts. Pastore, who now serves as executive director of the Southern California Alliance of Publicly Owned Treatment Works (SCAP), will continue as a senior manager with Dudek.
