Former Orange County Water Authority Manager Joins Dudek
Encinitas, Calif. – October 5, 2005 –
Dudek, a leading Southern California engineering and environmental consulting firm, has expanded its engineering services with the hiring of Bill Whittenberg, a long-time senior manager with the El Toro Water District and the Orange County Water District.
Whittenberg is a principal engineer responsible for strategic planning, water resources, water supply, and wastewater reclamation engineering. His experience includes completing several water and sewer master plans for public agencies and teaching courses in water treatment plant design and water treatment technology. He has over 26 years experience providing leadership and management in public and private organizations including the El Toro Water District and the Orange County Water District.
